Chemlab was an industrial rock band who toured with NIN, White Zombie, KMFDM and GWAR.

AnRGirl is Artist & Repertoire. This is traditionally the person that signs the artist and works directly inside the major record label with the artist and their team. This position works with the artist connecting them with producers, songwriters, stylists, video directors and then making sure the label is understanding the vision and carrying out the end goal.

Things are a lot different today. Many artists have done a great deal of work on their own in order to acquire a deal with a major label or distribution. Quite often, the A&R person is still the person who signs the artist or brings them to the executive with the signing power. Once signed to the label, the A&R executive works with the artist to fine tune (no pun intended) the artist's vision on their songs and music production, look for opportunities to collaborate with established artists, as well as the identity to prepare the artist launch by the rest of the label departments aka the machine behind getting the artist out to mass audience.

The A&R executive has many relationships throughout the industry with top producers, writers, other artists, booking agents, and access to many other key professionals.

Artists can get access to the same quality of connections and Repertoire by working with @theofficialanrgirl.
